I've asked this question to myself before. Pound for pound, Harry has Buble whooped on. Buble, however, has involved the pop crowd, and has taken big band to the big stage. Though they may sing some of the same covers, I think these two artists are opposite in style, but I can understand why they are the big dual. Honestly, I can't say who wins... should we say "Best Christmas Album" out of those two? Wait... that doesn't make it any easier!!

I should clarify my pound-for-pound victory announcement. Harry writes, sings, composes and plays just about every single instrument. He does big band, funk, Louisiana Cajun music that almost has its own genre named after "Harry". Harry's career has included about 4-5 movie soundtracks, film scores and more.

James,

Loud and clear. lol I was simply making the comparison to their Christmas music. I know Buble only has a 5 song cd out for his Christmas music and Harry has several cd's.

Still though, I have to admit, Buble's voice does seem to be a little bit smoother on his style. I can respect Harry Connick JR. because he doesnt use a tuner on his voice or "clean up" any of his vocals. They are all original. If you look on his cd you will see the words "original vocals not tuned". I think he put it there on purpose which you cant blame him for. You dont see that alot anymore. Everything nowdays is tuned to death and now anybody can be a singer.

I cant say the same for Buble. Except that even in all his live stuff I dont hear a whole lot of mistakes.
