Sarah Palin made an outastanding speech tonight at the Republican Convention. She had nerve, confidence and did a tremendous job at delivering. This is just an excerpt from tonight, but it got better as it went on. They have my vote.
That lady rocks!!! seriously, I thought this country was going down hill FAST!! Not even sure who to cast my vote for, but when she got in, WOW!! What a Godsend!!!!
HUGE Palin fan. I just am a little torn that we have went with the Affirmative Action flow. Electability and Best Qualified are not always the same thing. Also... I agree with Dr. Laura on the Palin issue (Family Values... you'll have to read it).
In spite of these things... the Dems are looking like hypocrites. They think the only woman who can speak for women is a Pro-Choice Lib. The pick at strategic brilliance and will prove to be one of the greatest risks in a Presidential Election - either a HomeRun or a dismal defeat. That won't be answered until November. Until then... the McCain/Palin ticket has my vote in this one.
She is great huh! Congrats on the first time getting to vote. One more way to make you feel better after spending so much on taxes! Hope evrything is great back East. Miss you guys and tell your mom and dad I said hi and I am drinking a big glass of ice tea for her!!!
